an overall simple yet effective idea, with well achieved iso proportions and an good use of colors(although it seems mroe like you couldn't fit more colors into this), But adding to what the previous critique already pointed out you should improve some elements of the animation(because right now the animation works at a purely functional level). Namely eyecandies, such as adding some bounce when the block hits the ground, a more intereting feature for the hole itself(it may be the way it is animated or making it a door or something). the eye is something that bothers me, and bothers me a lot. it manages to be catch all the attention from the viewer and for that reason it should be the most elaborated element from the image and it isnt. just by actually making a proper transition between it being closed and open you'd fix that, but again it seems you dont put much effort into this, or reached a point in wich you didn't want to add more things into this(and i could understand that). all in all, is a nice looking icon, but surely there is a lot of room for improvements.
